Our Team:
The iSucceed team is committed to working with students and parents in an ongoing partnership-we know student success hinges on our ability to serve students and parents.
Our team consists of:
- Executive Director, Monti Pittman, who provides vision to the school and ensures that families and students receive quality service and support so that they can be successful. Read Monti's Bio
- Principal, ReNae Jones, who provides the educational leadership so that students continue to receive the best curriculum and instruction.
- iAchieve Advisors, work with Insight parents and students to foster success in the online learning environment.
- Instructors, certified professionals who provide subject matter expertise for iSucceed's online courses.
- Admissions Counselors and Special Education Coordinators, who work with Idaho families to enroll students, schedule courses, and respond to special education needs.
- The iSucceed support staff, which provide student services, fulfillment and administrative support.
Our Partnerships:
iSucceed Virtual High School is a statewide virtual charter school, authorized by the Idaho Public School Charter Commission and governed by iSucceed Virtual High School, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation. iSucceed Virtual High School, Inc. has chosen Insight Schools, Inc. to be the operator of the school.
iSucceed Virtual High School, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation, seeks to serve under-served, minority and at-risk high school-aged students throughout the state of Idaho by establishing iSucceed Virtual High School.
iSucceed Board of Directors is comprised of distinguished business leaders who all have deep ties in the community in Idaho who have a passion for educating young people and helping them to achieve their potential. All Board members are leaders in community organizations and participate on advisory boards.
Insight Schools builds and operates statewide, full-time, diploma-granting, online public high schools in partnership with local school districts and community organizations, such as the founders of iSucceed Virtual High School, Inc. Insight Schools’ focus is to educate high school-age youth who, for a variety of reasons, need an alternative to the traditional public high school experience. The Insight team consists of experienced educators and innovators who have run some of the largest online high school programs in the nation.
The iSucceed and Insight teams share a vision for what a full-time, diploma-granting online high school can do for students for whom traditional high school is not a good fit. iSucceed Virtual High School draws from this shared vision and expertise to offer the best in high school online learning to students throughout Idaho.

Derrick Boles joins the iSucceed Virtual High School Board of Directors as the founder and president of Game Time International, a nonprofit organization that focuses on developing important life and leadership skills in today’s youth through entertainment and athletic programs. Prior to starting GTI, Derrick worked with the Treasure Valley Community college in various positions including, Student Success Coordinator, Student Outreach Coordinator and Head Men’s Basketball coach. Derrick continues to coach the Men’s Basketball team at Treasure Valley Community college in addition to organizing assorted events throughout the state and volunteering as a public speaker for various seminars. Derrick has a bachelor’s degree in human services with a minor in psychology from Huron University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Korene Gonzalez has been with the Community Council of Idaho, a strong, private, non-profit corporation dedicated to developing a community-based membership organization for over 20 years. Through the CCI, Korene works to improve the cultural, social, and economic status of Latinos, migrant and seasonal farm workers, and other low- income individuals and families throughout Idaho. Korene volunteers at Homedale High School in Homedale, ID as well as serves on various boards.

For the past five years Don Pena has been working with the Community Council of Idaho supervising all education, employment and training department staff. Before joining the Community Council of Idaho, Don was the executive director for the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs, providing advice, research, and policy recommendations to the Governor and State Legislators in regards to issues impacting Idaho’s Latino population. While at the ICHA Don directed various programs including the Substance Abuse Program for Hispanic Youth and the Scholarship Program for Bilingual Substance Abuse Students. Don earned his bachelor’s degree in Land Resources Planning from Stanford University.

Jeffery Tunison brings over 20 years of business management experience to the iSucceed Virtual High School Board of Directors. Currently Jeffery holds the Senior Vice President position at the Intermountain Community and Magic Valley Banks. In addition to fulfilling his Vice Presidential duties, Jeffery oversees the Business and Professional Banking operations as well as the Relationship Service Officers for both banks. Jeffery earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Boise State University.

Zee Quintana is the Executive Director of Mujeres Unidas de Idaho, Inc., a Latina women’s non-profit organization. She has worked as a Business Process Analyst in Custom Corporate Accounts for HP for 8 years. Zee serves on the board of Idaho Hispanic Caucus, United Vision for Idaho, Friends of Children and Families Head Start, and iSucceed Virtual High School. Zee has also volunteered for the Latino Vote project, the Hispanic Issues Training Conference and has chaired the Latino Leadership Summit subcommittee. Zee holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from NNU and a bachelor in Bilingual Education from BSU.
